We kindly ask that all Sweet Celebration orders be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days before your requested pickup or delivery date.
Orders requested with less than seven (7) days' notice are considered rush orders and are subject to availability. If accepted, a $50 Rush Order Fee will be added to your order total.
Order Inquiries & Confirmation
Submitting an order inquiry does not guarantee availability or confirm your order.
Once your inquiry has been received, Oh, That's So Sweet will review your request and contact you directly to confirm availability, order details, and pricing.
If your order is accepted, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided with instructions for submitting your required deposit.
Your order and requested date are not officially booked or secured until:

An official order confirmation email and invoice have been issued.
Your required 50% deposit has been received and successfully processed.
Please note: An inquiry submission, verbal discussion, or unpaid invoice does not reserve your order or requested date.
Deposit Payment Deadline: Invoices must be paid within 24 hours of issuance. If the required deposit is not received within this timeframe, your requested date may be released and your order inquiry may be closed. All orders remain subject to availability until the deposit has been received.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and requested pickup or delivery date. Your deposit will be applied toward your total order balance.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than your scheduled pickup or delivery date, and all payments must be received before your order is released.
Failure to submit the remaining balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of your order and forfeiture of your non-refundable deposit. Any additional payments made will be handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund policy.
Unfortunately, we no longer directly accept personal checks or CashApp. Please reach out directly if you have any issues with the payment methods.

Orders cancelled more than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will receive a refund of the deposit minus a $25 administrative fee.
Orders cancelled within seven (7) calendar days of pickup or delivery are non-refundable.
Once an order has been completed, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the agreed-upon date and time.

Pickup instructions and confirmation will be provided approximately three (3) days before your scheduled pickup.
Orders that are not picked up on the scheduled date without prior communication may be considered abandoned and are non-refundable.
Once an order leaves our possession, Oh, That's So Sweet is not responsible for damage caused during transportation, improper handling, or storage.

Delivery is available throughout the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia metro area.

Delivery is available for orders of $250 or more.
Delivery within 10 miles of Clinton, Maryland is $25.
Deliveries beyond 10 miles are subject to a $35 delivery fee (additional mileage may apply).
Orders of $350 or more receive complimentary delivery within a 10-mile radius of Clinton, MD.
Deliveries are typically scheduled to arrive at least two (2) hours before your event, unless otherwise requested.
